Donkey Republic is seeking a data-driven Spare Parts & Procurement Controller to join our team. In this role, you will lead the analytical oversight of our spare parts inventory, providing the data baseline that guides procurement and supports our city operations. By aligning forecasting and procurement with documented processes, you will ensure our inventory strategy supports both daily operations and our long-term growth.
Strategic Forecasting: Develop demand models based on maintenance cycles and historical usage. You will provide the analytical baseline for our local workshops to validate, ensuring they have the foresight to plan their maintenance and stock requirements accurately.
Inventory Optimization: Define the parameters for stock levels and reorder points. You will provide the technical guidance and purchase triggers required to ensure parts are available exactly when needed while managing capital efficiency.
ERP & IMS Management: Serve as the functional lead for the spare parts and inventory modules within our ERP. You are responsible for master data accuracy and ensuring the Inventory Management System (IMS) used by our local workshops is correctly utilized to reflect physical stock movements.
Cost & Value Impact: Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives, ranging from logistics consolidation to the systematic reduction of obsolete stock, providing transparency on how these actions impact the budget.

You might have a degree in a relevant field, but more importantly, you have an analytical mindset and a talent for working with systems and data.
Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
Advanced proficiency in procurement or inventory systems and data analysis.
A proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
The ability to take ownership of your area while collaborating effectively across different teams and departments.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
